Guru Pyareyo…Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh…
As an administrator as well as an editor it was my responsibility to keep you all updated with the news and happenings in the world out there. But as Ranjodh veer wrote I was having some health related problems and was in hospital for almost a year. But it was Waheguru’s blessings that i am alive, my faith and your blessings kept me alive. Some Sect followers may say that I was in hospital because of the curse their BABA gave me..its not that.. i was having this problem long before all this started. Infact I got cured very fast, which surprised my doctors even.. sorry guys.. its getting too much personal stuff here..but all i wanted to tell you is this that along with my regular medicine, two things i was regular on…

1) Chaupai Sahib.

2) Sukhmani Sahib.

 It really worked, and as you can see, by the grace of Waheguru I am back to serve you again.

With regards

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

by Ranjodh Singh on January 23rd, 2008 · 1 Comment

We started Jhootha Sauda back in the days of Ram Rahim Singh’s issue of dressing up like reverend Guru Gobind Singh Jee, as a forum for the truth.

The site has been down for a while now, because of couple of personal reasons, and also due to health issues of the main contributor.  Maybe its Baba’s curse….Hah! lol!!!!!

Well, quite the opposite. He was sick back in the days when he was contributing to the site, and now is doing much better by the Grace of Waheguru.

This site has done its purpose, to stand, to voice and to bring together a dialogue on the issue. Now we should let it rest in peace.  It is going to be here, for archival purposes only.

The fight we saw in the last year is not new. It is the fight between blind faith and logic, the fight between fool’s vanity and wise’s pride. At the end of it , the only people who gained out of it were the politicians of punjab and haryana, and the baba for all the publicity he got.

And who were the real losers? – The followers of Baba, who could had spent those days contributing to their  own lifes, instead they choose to retain their vanity by showing support to a rapist and a goon.

And partially,  the sikhs too. Sikhism is very different religion from what we have made it. It is not about Hukamnanas from the partially political jathedars and the  pretention of being sikhs, without living the Gursikhi Jeevan.

This discussion can go for ever. I close the post, hoping we spend more time in making ourselves better sikhs.

Sikhism starts with us, and if we are pure, Tenth Guru said “Raj Karega Khalsa. (The pure shall rule).”He never said, the cut-surd, non-veggie and whiskey addict, and drug addict punjabi will.

Sikhism starts with understanding the definition, which definitely is not “just wearing a khanda around your neck.

“Guru Sahai!

Punjabi? What Punjabis?; Sikhs? Really?

by Ranjodh Singh on July 29th, 2007 · No Comments

I have been a believer of two things that most of my brothers don’t agree with:

1. Khalistan is a political fad - I demand a secular India. Sant Bhindranwale never demanded Khalistan, he demanded equal rights in the state he lived in with the majority.

Demanding Khalistan is leaving our share on the whole of India, which is built on the sacrifice of blood of our ancestors, much more than any other majority or minority’s.

Sikhs own India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari as much as a Hindu or a Muslim owns it.

Trying to settle and separate into a small part of this land is running away like a looser and spitting on all the martyrs like Bhagat Singh, Udham Singh and all the Gadhri Babas who spilled their blood equally with the people of other faiths for their “SECULAR” dreamland.

Demanding a state on the base of religion is like moving back towards stone ages, like Taliban. Civilizations develop and attain new heights in the neighborhood of other civilizations.

2. We are in the same situation, in which we were when Guru Nanak started Sikhism.

— “The kings are tigers, and their officials are dogs; they go out and awaken the sleeping people to harass them. The public servants inflict wounds with their nails. The dogs lick up the blood that is spilled.”

Thats exactly what we have seen happening in the last few years. All these Sikhs died, we lost the track of development, were left miles behind in education to attain What???????

Have you ever thought? What have we attained? Let me show you -

-A rule under a CM with colors of a chameleon.

-A greater divide between rich and middle class.

-A more corrupt system, where NRI’s with no education are considered models of society.

-A state which has highest number of female foeticides and highest volumes of liquor flow.

-A state with a wine shop in every town and 14 rickety libraries in the whole state?

Everyday, I close my eyes, and I dream of the land of legendry Udham Singh, Kartar Singh, Bhagat Singh and then I see, what great punjabi writer Nanak Singh saw in Punjab years ago, when he was writing Chitta Lahu(White blood): Lifeless Hippocratic people of a Hippocratic society.

And all ye jathedaars, are you listening? Are you listening to the Jaikaras of Jagtar Singh Hawara, Balwant Singh, Shamsher Singh, Lakhwinder Singh and Gurmeet Singh, sikhs much noble than you all can ever be? And what is your choosen CM and Supremo of Supreme authority of Sikhs doing sitting on his @$$? He was not able to do anything to bring to justice anyone responsible for 84, atleast he could had been looking at the sentences being given to Sikhs during his reign. If Sajjan Kumar was served the same sentence these Singhs are expected to be served , I would not even had been writing a word.

Its a shameful day for Punjab. And especially for you’ll Sikhs. What least you can do,is to show your voice to your MLAs or contact your mama’s and masar’s and aunties and uncles, who may be either NRI’s or in the positions where they can force your legislative representatives to get up from their @$$ and do something wrongful decisions.

Guru Nanak Dev Jee, first guru of Sikhs quoted about similar situation during invasion of Babur in 1521.

“ਏਤੀ ਮਾਰ ਪਈ ਕਰਲਾਣੇ ਤੈਂ ਕੀ ਦਰਦੁ ਨ ਆਇਆ ॥੧॥(There was so much slaughter that the people screamed. Didn’t You feel compassion, Lord? ||1||)

(O Creator Lord, You are the Master of all.)

ਜੇ ਸਕਤਾ ਸਕਤੇ ਕਉ ਮਾਰੇ ਤਾ ਮਨਿ ਰੋਸੁ ਨ ਹੋਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ (If some powerful man strikes out against another man, then no one feels any grief in their mind. ||1||Pause||)

(But if a powerful tiger attacks a flock of sheep and kills them, then its master must answer for it.)

(This priceless country has been laid waste and defiled by dogs, and no one pays any attention to the dead.)

ਆਪੇ ਜੋੜਿ ਵਿਛੋੜੇ ਆਪੇ ਵੇਖੁ ਤੇਰੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥੨॥ (You Yourself unite, and You Yourself separate; I gaze upon Your Glorious Greatness. ||2||)

(One may give himself a great name, and revel in the pleasures of the mind,)

(but in the Eyes of the Lord and Master, he is just a worm, for all the corn that he eats.)

ਮਰਿ ਮਰਿ ਜੀਵੈ ਤਾ ਕਿਛੁ ਪਾਏ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੇ ॥੩॥੫॥੩੯॥(Only one who dies to his ego while yet alive, obtains the blessings, O Nanak, by chanting the Lord’s Name. ||3||5||39|| )

It’s official now: Dera head to be arrested

by Ranjodh Singh on June 27th, 2007 · No Comments

Punjab government on Wednesday night gave the sanction for arrest and prosecution of Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is in conflict with the Sikh clergy, on the charge of hurting religious sentiments of Sikhs.”Formal permission for prosecution of the Dera head has been given,” Punjab Principal Secretary (Home) B C Gupta told PTI in Chandigarh.

The permission followed a conditional non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against the Dera head by a court in Bhatinda on June 20 following a case filed by R Sidhu, president of district unit of a Sikh Sabha.

Issuing the warrant returnable on July one, the court had stipulated that the police seek the permission of the state government for prosecuting Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

Police seeks Punjab Govt’s approval to arrest Dera head

by Layman on June 23rd, 2007 · No Comments

Chandigarh, June. 23 (PTI): Trouble for Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has increased, with police seeking the Punjab Government’s approval to arrest him for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of Sikhs.
Acting on a court order, Bhatinda police have sent an application to the government seeking sanction to prosecute the Dera head, Bhatinda police chief Naunihal Singh told PTI over phone here today.
A court in Bhatinda had on May 20 issued a conditional non-bailable warrant against the head of Sirsa-based sect.
On an application moved by police seeking arrest warrant against the Dera head, the court had observed that police would have to seek prior permission from the government before the prosecution of the Dera head.
However, the state government is yet to decide on the police application, which is pending with the Principal Secretary (home), Chief Secretary R I Singh said.
The order of the Bhatinda court has to be executed by July one.
Meanwhile, despite an appeal by Shiromani Gurudwara Parbhandhak Committee (SGPC) chief Avtar Singh Makkar to hardliners to defer their proposed march in Bhatinda tomorrow till it decides on the apology by the Dera head, the Khalsa Action Committee - comprising leaders of various Sikh religious groups - was adamant on its programme.
The members of Khalsa Action Committee along with several Sikhs will organise a march from Bina Kangar village to Talwandi Sabo, a Sikh temporal seat in Bhatinda tomorrow, Damdami Taksal chief Baba Harnam Singh said adding the march would be “peaceful” and pass from areas where there is a sizeable population of dera followers, including its main branch in Salabatpura village.
